Client Submits
Drawings, sketches, images, or images of similar products (must include dimensions, type of finish required, quantity to be produced, and type of metal). The cost of Custom Fashion Jewels includes both development and production.
Initial Offer
Based on the information you provide, we will give you an estimated quotation. We will clearly list your requirements in the quotation form, so that you can easily understand and confirm the details with us.
Designs
After receiving the customer’s deposit, the first step of development begins by taking your sketch, artwork, or drawing, and creating a 3-dimensional image of the design.
Mother Mold
The customer receives a 3D image of what the actual product will look like. Upon approval of the 3D rendering, our professional model makers will determine the appropriate type of mold needed to achieve the best results.
Upon Completion
Once the mold is completed, we will cast a sample, finish it according to your specifications, and send a finished pre-production sample to the client for approval before proceeding to full production.
Get It
Once the sample meets your expectations, we will proceed to manufacture your custom jewelry, which will then be inspected for quality, packed, and delivered.
Packing for small quantity order: Each pieces will packed with OPP bags, 12 pieces or 24 pieces OPP bags will packed in one larger size OPP bags, then it will be put into a small box or bubble bags. The bubble bags can protect your order well and you will never worry the damage during transportation.
Packing for wholesale large order: Each pieces will packing with OPP bags, 12 pieces or 24 pieces OPP bags will packing in one larger size OPP bags, then your order will be put in cartons which placed air column bags inside it. The air column bags can protect your order well and you will never worry the damage during transportation.
OEM packing: If you have your own packaging requirements for whosale order, we will packing as your way.
Delivery: We will ship out your order within 7 days for the small quantity orders. It usually takes 15-30 days for the large quantity orders.
