We accept OEM and ODM. For customized designs, 3D and new pattern making are free if the order quantity is more than 100 pieces. Sample production takes 7-10 days, and mass production takes 15-25 days.

Pressing: Apply pressure to form the material into the mold shape.

Cooling: Allow the material to cool and solidify in the mold.

Grinding and polishing
Preparation: Clean the surface and gather tools like sandpaper or polishing pads.
Sanding: Use coarse grit sandpaper to smooth rough areas.
Finer Sanding: Gradually switch to finer grits for a smoother finish.
Polishing: Apply polishing compound and buff the surface with a soft cloth or machine.
Inspection: Check for imperfections and repeat steps if needed.
Cleaning: Wipe the surface to remove dust and polish
